They include a wide spectrum of medications such as psychostimulants, neuroleptics, tranquilizers, antidepressants, hypnotics, and antiepileptic drugs. Understanding their mechanisms of action, indications, dosing principles, pharmacokinetics, and potential adverse effects is crucial for effective and safe clinical application. This article discusses the main classes of psychotropic drugs, their clinical uses, dosing considerations based on individual characteristics, drug interactions, and methods for evaluating therapeutic efficacy and safety.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
