| contents | <p><strong><em><span>Abstract</span></em></strong></p> <p><em><span>The <span>purpose</span> of <span>this</span> <span>study</span> <span>is</span> to <span>evaluate</span> the <span>physiological</span> <span>and</span> <span>biochemical</span> <span>efficacy</span> of a <span>new</span> <span>feed</span> <span>additive</span> <span>and</span> <span>its</span> <span>use</span> <span>based</span> on <span>laboratory</span> <span>studies.</span> The <span>use</span> of a <span>new</span> <span>feed</span> <span>additive</span> <span>has</span> an <span>effect</span> <span>on</span> <span>protein,</span> <span>carbohydrate</span> <span>and</span> <span>fat</span> <span>metabolism</span> <span>in</span> the <span>body,</span> <span>contributes</span> to an <span>increase</span> in <span>animal</span> <span>weight.</span> The <span>feed</span> <span>additive</span> <span>has</span> a <span>good</span> <span>adsorption</span> <span>and</span> <span>antioxidant</span> <span>effect,</span> <span>reduces</span> the <span>amount</span> of <span>toxic</span> <span>products,</span> <span>participates</span> <span>in</span> the <span>inactivation</span> of <span>free</span> <span>radicals</span> <span>and</span> <span>has</span> a <span>protective</span> <span>effect</span> <span>on</span> <span>cell</span> <span>membranes.</span> It has been <span>investigated</span> <span>that</span> the <span>use</span> of a <span>new</span> <span>feed</span> <span>additive</span> <span>leads</span> <span>to</span> a <span>significant</span> <span>improvement</span> in <span>growth</span> <span>and</span> <span>reduces</span> <span>lipid</span> <span>peroxidation,</span> <span>namely</span>, it <span>reduces</span> the <span>content</span> of <span>malondialdehyde</span> <span>and</span> <span>diene</span> <span>conjugates</span> <span>in</span> the <span>blood,</span> and <span>the</span> <span>most</span> <span>positive</span> <span>effect</span> of <span>these</span> <span>complexes</span> <span>on</span> <span>the</span> <span>protein</span> <span>and</span> <span>carbohydrate</span> <span>metabolism</span> of <span>sheep</span> of <span>both</span> <span>groups</span> <span>during</span> <span>feeding</span> has been established<span>.</span></span></em></p> <p><strong><em><span lang="KZ">Key words:</span></em></strong><em><span lang="KZ"> antioxidant</span></em><em><span>, </span></em><em><span lang="KZ">blood, feed additive, </span></em><span><em><span>metabolism, Sheep</span></em></span></p> |
