  • <p> This document outlines the final, successful deterministic validation of the Unified Applied Time<br> (UAT) cosmological model, which sets H0 = 73.00 km/s/Mpc and kearly = 0.96734. The validation<br> process revealed that previous optimization difficulties were not due to flaws in UAT, but rather two critical<br> methodological errors inherent to the outdated ΛCDM evaluation environment: numerical instability in<br> the χ2<br> BAO integral calculation, and contamination by unmarginalized Supernova Ia data. By correcting<br> these issues, UAT is confirmed to provide an excellent fit (χ2 = 7.926) to the critical BAO+H(z) datasets,<br> resolving the Hubble Tension</p>
