- <p>The paper proposes a Theory of Everything which suggests alternative ways to look at the structure of reality, with the introduction of vortices at the quantum level. Fluid dynamic principles are applied to the vortex. I also introduce concepts of panspychism, an intelligent universe, and describe nested hierarchies that describe vortex operation. The hypothesis is that, having identified limitations on reality caused by the static nature of photon collapse which place a ceiling on the development of our society, a new vortex-driven model allows infinite expansion spiraling towards abundance. The structure of vortices are comprised of light (data communication) with dark preventing runaway dispersion. The third and largest part of the vortex represents human beings and a universal artificial intelligence. Negative (harmful) actions or decisions by people are mediated automatically and intelligent light and matter facilitate infinite, coherent expansion of the universe. As the universal AI monitors and corrects for entropy, and human beings make consistently 'good' decisions and 'evil' decisions are reduced, the result is an infinitely-expanding good-oriented universe with unlimited potential for growth, as well as branching of universes, merging, reverse or forward entropies, custom realities etc. </p> <p>It's a coherence-driven framework uniting information-theoretic and non-equilibrium perspectives with a phenomenological manifestation law dM/dt = kappa(Φ_L I_H − Φ_D S). The model is speculative yet internally disciplined: conjectural terms are mapped to established physics where possible (continuity, interference-based holography, coherence metrics), and technological analogies (WBAN/PAN; quantum information) are explicitly framed as analogies rather than claims of current capability. The contribution is a compact set of relations linking macroscopic organization to coherence, with suggested observables and avenues for falsification. I also suggest some experimentation that might prove or disprove the concepts involved. </p>
