contents <p>MobiQuiz is a web and mobile-based application designed to automate the examination process for educational institutions. It enables administrators to manage users, courses, and semesters; allows faculty members to create and evaluate quizzes online; and lets students attempt quizzes either through a web interface or via mobile phones using SMS (GSM technology).</p> <p>The system minimizes manual work, reduces errors, saves time, and ensures accessibility even where computer resources are limited. It was developed using <strong>ASP.NET</strong>, <strong>Microsoft SQL Server 2008</strong>, and <strong>Microsoft Visual Studio 2008</strong>, following a hybrid <strong>VU Process Model</strong> (combining waterfall and spiral methodologies) to ensure iterative improvement and structured development</p>
