contents <p>Preface<br>This monograph presents the Quantum Wave-Impulse Model of Consciousness (QWIM).<br>The intention is not to offer a casual speculation but to provide a mathematically explicit<br>and experimentally falsifiable framework that unites quantum information concepts with<br>neurophysiology and cognitive phenomenology. The author assumes responsibility for the<br>theoretical constructions herein and welcomes rigorous critique and empirical testing.<br>The work is organized to introduce the ontological premises, derive the formal structure,<br>propose biophysical substrates and measurable predictions, and discuss methodological<br>and ethical implications. Appendices contain background, mathematical derivations,<br>and experimental protocols to facilitate replication.</p>
