| contents | <blockquote> <p>This preprint introduces the conceptual framework of <strong>Energetic Jurisprudence</strong>, a post-algorithmic stage in the evolution of digital governance theory. Building upon the foundations of Algorithmic Law 3.0 and the principles of Quantum Prudence, this work reinterprets legality as a dynamic field of <strong>ethical resonance</strong> rather than as a static set of compliance rules. Ethical AI governance is analyzed as a process of <strong>energetic coherence</strong> where law, consciousness, and computation converge through systemic feedback loops. The paper develops the notion of <em>resonant architecture</em> to describe how normative and technical systems can sustain moral stability amid informational turbulence. By proposing a trans-disciplinary synthesis between <strong>jurisprudence, cybernetics, and quantum ethics</strong>, this framework offers a new methodological horizon for post-digital societies.</p> </blockquote> |
