•
The community health camp was organized with the objective of raising awareness about the importance of preventive healthcare and regular health checkups. It also aimed to introduce participants to Feature Health, a suite of innovative digital health tools designed to make health monitoring simple, accurate, and reliable. A total of 340 participants were screened during the camp, each undergoing comprehensive multi-parameter testing that included vital signs (heart rate, SpO₂, and blood pressure), cardiac assessments (6-lead ECG and heart sounds), a rapid blood sugar test (RBS), and laboratory investigations such as Serum SGOT, Serum Creatinine, Serum Cholesterol, and Serum Triglycerides. Each participant also received a cardiologist consultation and a detailed digital health report accessible through the Future Health app.

The findings revealed a high prevalence of hypertension among individuals below 45 years of age, many of whom were previously unaware of their condition due to the absence of regular monitoring. The camp also highlighted low awareness and limited use of home monitoring devices, despite their clear benefits for early detection and disease prevention. Most participants reported seeking medical attention only when symptoms became severe, underscoring the need for proactive health management.

Following the camp, there was a noticeable increase in interest toward digital and home-based monitoring solutions once participants understood their role in early intervention and self-care. Based on these insights, the report recommends strengthening home monitoring adoption, conducting quarterly community screening programs, implementing digital follow-up and reminder systems, and building partnerships with local healthcare providers to ensure timely care and continuity beyond health camps.
