-
Ti6Al4V alloy is widely preferred for dental implants due to its high biocompatibility, osteogenic potential, excellent strength, toughness, creep and corrosion resistance, and low elastic modulus. Since surface characteristics play a crucial role—alongside surgical technique, implant material, and design—in achieving successful osseointegration, this study aimed to enhance the surface properties of dental implants produced by ESTAŞ. Homogeneous surface roughness was generated on the outer surfaces using the sandblasting method to improve bone integration, and the modified surfaces were analyzed using SEM. Based on these investigations, the optimum working conditions for the sandblasting and SLA methods to be applied in production were determined.
