•
This article establishes the theoretical foundations of the unified informational equation within the Unified Informational Theory (TURI). Starting from the fundamental postulate of cyclic temporal symmetry ∆S_cycle = 0, we rigorously derive the universal equivalence between information, energy, and mass: E = I/t_p and m = I/(c² t_p).

We demonstrate that the fundamental unit of information is Planck’s constant h: I = n h, where n ∈ ℕ. This quantification follows directly from the identity t_p = 1/ν and the Planck-Einstein relation E = h ν = I/t_p, imposing ν t_p = 1 and therefore I = n h. The effective Planck time t_p represents the minimal duration between two successive ontological concretizations, rendering time discrete in multiples of t_p and information discrete in multiples of h.

The theory demonstrates that all physical reality emerges from a unique informational substrate via spatiotemporal coherence mechanisms. We introduce the coherence parameter R_coh that governs the spatial distribution of information and naturally explains the diversity of cosmological structures.

A major conceptual advance is presented: black holes are not endpoints of collapse but local vacua of pure information, stabilized by curvature-induced phase transitions in a conformally coupled and screened scalar field. This unified vision resolves several fundamental paradoxes while offering a coherent framework for the unification of physics.
