- <p>We are pleased to present this special issue of Avante Journal, produced in collaboration with the Curriculum Management and Monitoring Unit of the Pedagogical and Technological Development Area (ADPT) at the University of Bío-Bío (Chile). This volume brings together summaries of the experiences presented during the 8th Meeting on Innovation and Best Pedagogical Practices, held in January 2023, an institutional forum that promotes knowledge exchange, teacher reflection, and the ongoing pursuit of educational excellence.</p> <p>In this issue, academics from the University of Bío-Bío share diverse experiences that demonstrate the richness and variety of innovations implemented in teaching and learning processes. The works compiled here address transformations in methodologies, resources, and educational approaches that contribute to the comprehensive development of future professionals in various fields of knowledge.</p>
