contents <p>This study presents a quantitative analysis of the decline in the Milky Way rotation curve (Gaia DR3, arXiv:2407.18846) within the framework of the Evolving Universal Redistributive Theory (TRUE 6.6). <br><br>The adjustment of the dynamic field according to ρ_K(r) = ρ_0 (r/r_0)^{-β} shows that external galactic dynamics can be explained without invoking a stable dark matter halo. <br><br>The redistributive fit (ρ_0 ≈ 4.8×10^{-3} M_⊙ pc^{-3}, β ≈ 2.46) reproduces the decline p ≈ -0.27 observed by Gaia. <br><br>Multi-probe integration (HI flaring + Gaia vertical dispersion) reduces the Bayesian information criterion (BIC ≈ 17.0) compared to the NFW model (BIC ≈ 25), demonstrating the parsimony of the TRUE framework for extended baryonic dynamics.<br><br></p>
