contents <p>Data and R scripts necessary to replicate the results obtained in the paper titled: 'statGraph: an R package for complex networks statistical analyses based on spectrum'</p> <p>The compressed file contains the following files/directories:</p> <p>(1) Directory 'real_data': there are 6 files of the protein-protein interaction networks (PPI's) of six enteric pathogens downloaded from STRING dataset, and one file where the names of these six pathogens are specified.</p> <p>(2) R script 'real_world_analysis.r': script to replicate the results obtained in the illustrative examples.</p> <p>(3) R script 'execution_time.r': script to replicate the mean execution time and its 95% confidence intervals of obtaining the spectral density of a Watts-Strogatz graph with 1,000 and 10,000 vertices.</p>
