The fur is golden yellow and rather woolly. The head is broad, with a short snout and small and rounded ears. The tail is long. Normally nocturnal and arboreal. The kinkajou is the only New World carnivore with a prehensile tail (Reid and Gόmez Zamora 2022). Recorded in the study area in different habitat types.</p> |
