contents
This preprint presents the Symmetry Deviation Hypothesis (SDH), a conceptual and falsifiable framework proposing that symmetry deviation (Φ) is the structural quantity underlying physical, biological, and conscious phenomena. SDH synthesizes elements from general relativity, quantum collapse theories, integrated information theory, and systems neuroscience. The framework introduces a testable prediction linking Φ to gravitationally modulated collapse dynamics, and outlines empirical paths for falsification using near-term quantum-gravity experiments and neural-integration measures. This work is submitted to Zenodo as an interdisciplinary hypothesis intended to stimulate scientific discussion and guide future experimental inquiry.
