contents <p>This data set contains the raw data from all dissected lobser nervous systems and half of the crab nervous systems used for this publication. The repository with this repository's same name, but denoted "Part II" contains the remaining data. This repo also contains meta data used to create the plots and graphs published in the associated manuscript. Excel files contain the corresponding experiment names from the raw data files such that data should be able to be re-analyzed and easily associated with the data analysis performed by our labs (Powell Lab [Bowdoin College] and Marder Lab [Brandeis Univ.]).</p> <p>If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Dan Powell, dpowell@bowdoin.edu.</p>
