  • <p>We resolve the Navier–Stokes existence and smoothness problem by integrating classical fluid dynamics with Semantic Unification Theory (SUT). We show that smooth solutions to the Navier–Stokes equations do not blow up in finite time. Instead, they collapse into a Planck-bounded cadence fold—a semantic horizon encoded by the Planck constant ℏ. This collapse is not a singularity but a structural limit of spacetime cadence. This limit is fundamentally necessitated by the Axiom of Computational Asymmetry (P not equal NP), which defines the minimal structural cost for non-trivial existence. The equations remain well-defined within 4D spacetime, and the apparent blow-up is a misinterpretation of cadence saturation.</p>
