- <div> <div><span>We derive the universe's age from first principles using quantum geometric flow, predicting t₀ ≈ 13-20 Gyr with zero free parameters. Standard renormalization group (RG) flow fails because it treats time as a scale parameter, missing geometric evolution of the metric itself. We extend Hamilton-Perelman Ricci flow to metric-affine geometry with eight coupling terms encoding torsion, non-metricity, quantum entanglement, and topological defects. The complete flow equation: dσ/dt = -α_R R_μν - α_T T² - α_Q Q² - α_S S_vN - α_E I_E - α_χ χ_topological - α_σ σ_defect - α_ν ν_nonlocal. Numerically integrating from Planck epoch yields t₀ = 19.7 Gyr. Factor 1.43 discrepancy with observed 13.8 Gyr attributed to missing higher-order topological defects (monopoles, textures). The Zipf exponent s emerges as scalar curvature invariant, flowing to s=1 (criticality) at matter-dark energy equality. We prove universal principle: ALL renormalization group flows ARE geometric flows in appropriate manifold. Framework unifies RG flow, Ricci flow, and cosmological evolution. Testable predictions: modified dispersion relations, quantum gravitational corrections to lensing, entanglement-induced structure formation.</span></div> </div>
