Is the received protection worth losing individual liberty?<br>The investigation has as its method the hypothetical-deductive, and makes use of the<br>technic of bibliographical research as a way to analyze the figure of the State and the<br>rationalizations that are behind it. The initial hypothesis points the State as an institution produced by human fears and taking different forms as these fears diverge. This<br>analysis has as its focus understanding what State action really entails.</p> |
