The original figure was adapted since for the figure presented here onyl a schematic overview was envisioned.</span></p> <p><span lang="EN-US">Figure 3b was created with the ESMValTool recipe "recipe_flato13ipcc_figures_92_95_retropaper.yml" which is a modification of the existing recipe "recipe_flato13ipcc_figures_92_95.yml". Only the bias plot of the generated figure was used for the figure presented here.</span></p> <p><span lang="EN-US">Figure 3c was created with the ESMValTool recipe "recipe_ipccwg1ar6ch3_fig_3_43_retropaperschematic.yml" which is a modification of the exisiting recipe "recipe_ipccwg1ar6ch3_fig_3_43.yml". The generated plot was modified to only show one CMIP ensemble and the variable names were replaced with generic names since for the figure presented here only a schematic overview was envisioned.</span></p> <p><span lang="EN-US">Figure 3d was created with the ESMValTool recipe "recipe_ipccwg1ar6ch3_fig_3_43_retropaper.yml" which is a modification of the exisiting recipe "recipe_ipccwg1ar6ch3_fig_3_43.yml". Only the lower right panel of the generated figure was used for the figure presented here.</span></p> <p><span lang="EN-US">Each Folder contains the individual figure from which the composite was created. Folders "Figure_3b", "Figure_3c" and "Figure_3d" contain additionally the provenance file created by ESMValTool for the produced figure, and all the processed data files. All additional information about Figure 3a can be found in the Zenodo archive for which the link was provided.</span></p> <p> </p>
