The original figure was adapted since for the figure presented here onyl a schematic overview was envisioned.</span></p> <p><span lang="EN-US">Figure 3b was created with the ESMValTool recipe "recipe_flato13ipcc_figures_92_95_retropaper.yml" which is a modification of the existing recipe "recipe_flato13ipcc_figures_92_95.yml". Only the bias plot of the generated figure was used for the figure presented here.</span></p> <p><span lang="EN-US">Figure 3c was created with the ESMValTool recipe "recipe_ipccwg1ar6ch3_fig_3_43_retropaperschematic.yml" which is a modification of the exisiting recipe "recipe_ipccwg1ar6ch3_fig_3_43.yml". The generated plot was modified to only show one CMIP ensemble and the variable names were replaced with generic names since for the figure presented here only a schematic overview was envisioned.</span></p> <p><span lang="EN-US">Figure 3d was created with the ESMValTool recipe "recipe_ipccwg1ar6ch3_fig_3_43_retropaper.yml" which is a modification of the exisiting recipe "recipe_ipccwg1ar6ch3_fig_3_43.yml". Only the lower right panel of the generated figure was used for the figure presented here.</span></p> <p><span lang="EN-US">Each Folder contains the individual figure from which the composite was created. Folders "Figure_3b", "Figure_3c" and "Figure_3d" contain additionally the provenance file created by ESMValTool for the produced figure, and all the processed data files.
