| contents | <p>Consumer demand for Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) and Breast Augmentation continues to shape the cosmetic surgery market across North America, yet regional differences in interest remain under-explored. This observational study analyzes Google Keyword Planner data from June 2024 to May 2025 for eight major Southern and Southeastern cities: Miami, Tampa, Orlando, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, Charlotte, and Nashville.</p> <p>Search terms were grouped into two families: BBL-related queries (e.g., “Brazilian butt lift,” “BBL cost,” “safe BBL”) and breast augmentation queries (e.g., “breast augmentation,” “boob job,” “breast implant cost”). For each city and procedure group, we calculated average monthly search volume and year-over-year (YoY) percentage change.</p> <p>Results show that Miami, Houston, and Dallas lead overall combined demand, while Florida markets (Miami, Tampa, Orlando) form a concentrated corridor of high interest. Across all eight cities, BBL search volume declined by approximately 5 %, whereas breast augmentation queries grew by nearly 4 %, suggesting a shift from gluteal enhancement toward more established breast procedures, possibly driven by ongoing safety concerns surrounding BBL.</p> <p>These insights can support surgeons, clinics, and marketing teams in refining city-specific strategy, educational content, and patient outreach.
