| contents | <p><span>This chapter focuses on youth ministry principles as a strategy for effective church growth. It discusses the concept of youth and provides an overview of youth ministry. It highlights the importance of vision and mission as essential components in youth ministry. The research examines the biblical perspective on youth ministry, which fosters the interest and love of God in young people, the call, and the various ways God uses them. This research provides an overview of the Church of Christ. It went further to examine the relationship between youth ministry and church growth. The study, conducted through descriptive research, presents the implementation of basic youth ministry principles, including the sacredness of youth ministry, leadership-driven vision casting, tradition, relationship-building, beliefs, and practices, as one of the major strategies through which the Church of Christ can grow. The study recommends, among other things, that church pastors and leaders should seek knowledge on implementing these principles. This can be achieved as church pastors and leaders attend seminars, teaching sessions, and conferences on the implementation of youth ministry principles. Churches should be ready to sponsor pastors and leaders to such seminars and conferences. A church pastor who will grow the church needs to constantly seek knowledge. </span></p> |
