This study examines the adoption patterns, performance implications, and strategic integration of digital marketing technologies within HRM functions. Through a comprehensive analysis of recent empirical research and industry data from 2020-2025, this paper demonstrates that digital HRM practices, particularly AI-driven recruitment (67% adoption), social media recruitment (84% adoption), and cloud-based HR systems (78% adoption), significantly enhance organizational performance. The findings reveal that strategic human resource management (SHRM) combined with digital marketing capabilities produces a synergistic effect (β = 0.442, p < 0.001) superior to either approach independently. The HR technology market is projected to grow from USD 540.4 million (2022) to USD 1,050 million by 2032, reflecting sustained industry investment in digital transformation. This research contributes to the literature by providing empirical evidence of the digital HRM-performance relationship and offers practical implications for HR professionals navigating digital transformation initiatives.</span></em></p>
