contents <p>Why is human language universally recursive (Chomsky) and statistically fractal (Zipf)? This paper applies the SDRIS framework [1-31] to Linguistics. I define Language not as a social construct, but as a Lossy Compression Algorithm for the transmission of recursive mental states ($D$) through a linear channel ($S$, speech/text). I demonstrate that the "Merge" operation in Universal Grammar is isomorphic to the node-linking operation in the p-adic graph. Furthermore, I derive Zipf's Law ($P(r) \propto 1/r$) from the self-similar branching structure of the semantic tree, proving that language is optimized for maximum information density at the edge of chaos.</p>
