We posit that 4D spacetime and matter emerge as collective excitations from topological defects in a higher-dimensional bulk network, governed by a single master equation incorporating a non-local geometric correlation kernel <span>$K[u]$</span>.</p> <p>The cosmological constant problem—arguably physics' deepest puzzle with a <span>$10^{120}$</span> order-of-magnitude discrepancy—is solved through a three-pathway derivation: (1) Geometric Projection from Kaluza-Klein compactification yields <span>$\Lambda_{\text{geo}}$</span>; (2) Functional Renormalization Group (FRG) flow analysis of scale-dependent effective actions yields <span>$\Lambda_{\text{RG}}$</span>; (3) Semantic Closure (the requirement that the theory be self-consistently determined by internal structure) selects <span>$\Lambda_{\text{sem}}$</span> as the normalized IR fixed point. We prove mathematically that all three converge to <span>$\Lambda \approx 1.03 \times 10^{-52} \text{ m}^{-2}$</span> with <span>$< 3\%$</span> relative error, without parameter fitting. The resolution mechanism exploits scale duality: microscopic neutrino quantum coherence length (<span>$\ell_{\nu, \text{micro}} \approx 10^{-4} \text{ m}$</span>, derived from seam-predicted Majorana masses <span>$m_{\beta\beta} \approx 48 \text{ meV}$</span>) serves as the RG input, generating observed macroscopic vacuum energy via the relation <span>$\Lambda \propto L_P^2 / (\ell_{\nu, \text{micro}})^4$</span>.</p> <p>Simultaneously, we establish that the necessity of exactly three fermionic generations emerges from standing gravitational wave resonance (<span>$R(\theta) \propto \cos(3\theta)$</span>) on the defect boundary, with stability guaranteed by Strauss criticality analysis and Fredholm index theorems. Geometric compression of the 1st generation is stabilized by gravitational time dilation (Cosmic Freezer effect), unifying the Pauli exclusion principle with gravity as manifestations of geometric stiffness.</p> <p>The framework predicts: CP phase <span>$\delta_{CP} \approx \pi/2 \pm 0.1 \text{ rad}$</span> (testable via DUNE/Hyper-K), neutrinoless double-beta decay mass <span>$m_{\beta\beta} = 48 \pm 5 \text{ meV}$</span> (LEGEND-1000), gravitational wave echoes and chiral asymmetries (LISA/Einstein Telescope), and CMB non-Gaussianity <span>$f_{NL} \sim O(1-10)$</span> (CMB-S4).
