contents <p>Dataset of VOCs data and movement data collected on <em>Pisum sativum</em> L. var. saccharatum cv Carouby de Maussane.</p> <p>VOCs were sampled from the growth boxes using a high resolution time-of-flight mass spectrometer (TOF-MS, Vocus 2R; Tofwerk AG, Thun, Switzerland) with an Adduct Ionization Mechanism (AIM) ion-molecule reactor operating in positive ionization mode with benzene as the reagent. </p> <p>3D reconstruction of plant movement was obtained using using pair of cameras working in stereovision. </p> <p>The script analyzes the data from VOCs and motion for the time window corresponding to the development of the third branch and compares two growth conditions (with a mechanical support in the environment and without any support).</p>
