contents The escalating demand for high-resolution, accurate, and current geospatial data across diverse scientific and commercial applications, from environmental monitoring to urban planning, highlights the limitations of traditional Earth observation techniques in achieving requisite spatial and temporal resolutions. This paper comprehensively reviews and synthesizes the transformative potential of multi-Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS)-integrated Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) systems for centimeter-scale Earth observation. We detail the synergistic advantages of combining UAV agility and cost-effectiveness with LiDAR precision, critically enhanced by robust and reliable positioning from multi-GNSS constellations. Integrating multiple satellite navigation systems significantly mitigates the limitations of single-constellation GNSS, such as satellite availability and geometric dilution of precision, especially in areas with sky obstructions. This enables the consistent generation of highly accurate 3D point clouds, digital elevation models, and other derived products. We discuss the technical aspects of system integration, data acquisition, processing workflows, and rigorous accuracy assessment. Through comprehensive analysis, this paper demonstrates that multi-GNSS-integrated UAV LiDAR represents a significant leap in geo-sensing, offering unprecedented spatial fidelity and opening new frontiers for detailed Earth surface analysis, mapping, and monitoring at a consistent centimeter level of detail.
