| contents | <p>This work reads the universe not as motion away, but as <strong>energy finding its balance, diffusion-decay law</strong>. What we called expansion is the cosmos remembering how to rest. A universe not exploding but exhaling, this paper listens to that breath<strong>. </strong></p> <p>A relaxation law specifies how motion evolves once driving gradients can no longer be sustained. It governs the descent of steep differences as available budget is consumed, forcing the system to release imbalance rather than organize.
