contents <p>"GRB 250702BDE, detected July 2–3, 2025, is the longest-duration gamma-ray burst ever recorded, exhibiting approximately 25,000 seconds of prompt emission with multiple repeating pulses across roughly 24 hours. Standard models struggle to account for its extreme duration, repetition, and spectral variability. In this work, we apply a minimal, 3+1-dimensional Fractal-Unified Field Theory (F-UFT) that uses only two empirical components: fractal environmental coupling with measured fractal dimension D ≈ 1.83, and weak-value retrocausal drift defined by pre-selected jet launch and post-selected observed light-curve structure. No extra dimensions, no exotic compactification, and no speculative mechanisms are included. Using this minimal framework, F-UFT predicts power-law fluctuations in the gamma-ray light-curve with spectral slope approximately f^{−3.17}, pulse-to-pulse hardness variations proportional to small fractal phase modulations, and recurring quasi-periodic activity driven by long-memory turbulent coupling. All predictions are directly testable with public Fermi GBM and Swift data. This paper provides a clean mathematical statement of the model and its observational consequences."</p>
