contents
This paper introduces FrostPulse™, a physics-grounded residential asset health index derived from the FrostBase Ontology and Event-State Engine. FrostPulse fuses long-term physical-state history, maintenance compliance, environmental context, and cross-primitive structural signals into a unified stability index representing the underlying condition and resilience of a residential home. Unlike traditional home “scores” or appraisal heuristics, FrostPulse is anchored in deterministic physical primitives and temporal state inference, enabling an objective, data-driven assessment of long-term asset health. This work establishes the scientific basis for Home Health OS™, BlackFrost’s consumer-facing platform for home condition insights, and positions FrostPulse as the standardized semantic metric for home equity, risk, and value preservation in the Infrastructure Intelligence Utility™ ecosystem.
