- <p>This article examines the prospects for sustainable post-conflict peace through the lens of collective trauma, the inertia of crisis processes, and the transformation of accumulated social energy. The author argues that the end of violence does not automatically guarantee long-term stability: societies must consciously redirect the emotional, symbolic, and psychological energies generated during conflict. Drawing on classical peace studies (Galtung, Lederach), theories of trauma (Alexander), and civilizational dynamics (Sorokin, Sztompka), the work presents a practical framework for understanding the conditions under which peace can become resilient rather than temporary. The article highlights the importance of cultural responsibility, long-term value orientation, and the reconstruction of social narratives.</p>
