En s’appuyant sur les travaux de Robert Putnam et d’autres auteurs, il explore les définitions et les dimensions du concept, tout en soulignant son rôle essentiel dans la constitution de liens sociaux et la promotion d’une intervention publique collective. Cette étude suggère que le capital social, tant dans toutes ses dimensions, devrait être intégré dans les analyses socioéconomiques afin de mieux comprendre son influence sur la performance de l’action publique collective en matière de fourniture de biens et services publiques locaux.</span></p> <p><strong><span>Mots clés : </span></strong><span>Capital social, Action publique, Confiance, Engagement civique, Gouvernance</span></p> <p><strong><span> </span></strong></p> <p><strong><span lang="EN-CA">Abstract </span></strong></p> <p><span lang="EN-CA">This article explores the concept of social capital and its utility in collective public action and decentralized governance. Drawing on the work of Robert Putnam and other authors, it examines the various definitions and dimensions of the concept, while emphasizing its essential role in fostering social bonds and promoting collective public intervention.
