- <p>This document has been prepared for internal use for an efficient output development and open innovation and co-creation framework by Helixconnect Europe S.R.L, IMPACTSCI and the other WELDIFY project partners. It shall provide the project partners with the necessary details and tools to effectively undertake the internal and external quality management of the project throughout its duration, in particular this refers to the scope and objectives, methodology and tools for quality assurance of this project. Formative evaluation results will be used. It shall facilitate the recording of the results in each phase of the project.<br>The main aims and objectives of this document are:<br>● To identify and measure the project’s performance (outputs) and progress of process<br>● To raise awareness about quality within the project and support decision making processes,<br>● To provide feedback, particularly improvement potentials related to processes and outputs to coordinator and project partners about these,<br>● To contribute to clear user orientation in the development of project outputs.</p>
