contents <p>In previous works, we demonstrated that Special Relativity, through the divergence of proper times, imposes a discrete kinematic structure on physical interaction (the Relativistic Stroboscope). In this work, Volume I (Vol.I), we extend this principle to General Relativity. We rigorously demonstrate that the Einstein Field Equation ($G_{\mu\nu} = \kappa T_{\mu\nu}$) does not merely describe the geometry of a \textit{continuum}, but defines the dynamics of the universe's temporal event rate. We prove that: (1) The gravitational metric acts as a phase modulator that dynamically quantizes energy; (2) General Relativity is capable of deriving the energy levels of quantum systems (such as the Infinite Potential Well) without external postulates; and (3) The singularities of the Big Bang ($t=0$) and Black Holes are mathematically resolved by the saturation of the metric interaction frequency. We conclude that quantization is not a phenomenon foreign to gravity, but its direct consequence.</p>
