contents This paper explores the emerging paradigm of "Sovereignty by Algorithm," investigating how algorithmic processes fundamentally reshape political power, create new forms of internal boundaries, and influence the geopolitical trajectories of supranational entities. We analyze the concept of digital gerrymandering, extending its traditional electoral definition to encompass the algorithmic manipulation of information flows, social cohesion, and access to services, which effectively reconfigures societal landscapes and reinforces or creates new divisions within states and across supranational blocs. The study critically examines how these digitally constructed boundaries, often invisible and dynamic, challenge traditional notions of state sovereignty, territoriality, and citizenship. Furthermore, it delves into the implications for supranational futures, particularly how algorithmic governance frameworks can either solidify or fragment regional and global integration efforts. By analyzing contemporary examples and theoretical frameworks, this research posits that the digital realm is not merely a reflection but an active architect of political geographies, demanding a re-evaluation of governance models and international relations theory in the age of pervasive algorithms.
