By extending the framework of "Topologically Stabilized Coherent States" previously applied to the electron, we introduce the <strong>Differential Stiffness Theorem</strong>. This theorem posits that the fundamental difference between leptons and hadrons lies in the magnitude of the Vacuum Coherence </span><span lang="EN-US">Tension </span><span> </span><span lang="EN-US">confining their topology.</span></p> <p><strong><span lang="EN-US">Key Findings:</span></strong></p> <p><span lang="EN-US">·         </span><strong><span lang="EN-US">Ab Initio Proton Radius:</span></strong><span lang="EN-US"> We derive the proton charge radius  <strong>r_p = 0.841 fm </strong>from first principles, finding an equilibrium Vacuum Coherence Tension  <span lang="EN-US">of <span> </span></span><span></span><span lang="EN-US">, </span> </span><span lang="EN-US">which naturally aligns with the phenomenological MIT Bag Constant</span></p> <p><span lang="EN-US">·     </span><strong><span lang="EN-US">Origin of Mass Difference:</span></strong><span lang="EN-US"> The neutron-proton mass difference  <strong>1.293 MeV</strong> </span><span lang="EN-US">is   derived as the mechanical work required to sustain a volumetric topological torsion of 0.8% against the vacuum tension.</span></p> <p><strong><span lang="EN-US">Resolution of the Neutron Lifetime Puzzle:</span></strong><span lang="EN-US"> We propose that the "beam" vs. "bottle" experimental discrepancy in neutron lifetime <span lang="EN-US">measurements </span><span></span></span></p> <p><span lang="EN-US">arises from boundary-induced topological decoherence.</span></p> <p><strong><span lang="EN-US">Proposed Experiment:</span></strong><span lang="EN-US"> We detail the design of an "Iso-Topological Trap" using Superfluid Helium-3 (A-phase) coated walls.
