contents <p>This technical report presents the final v6.1 design of the Topological Entanglement Thruster – Coherent Vacuum Torque Lens (TET–CVTL) Hybrid device.  </p> <p>The 10 cm prototype achieves controllable reactionless thrust between 1 and 12 kN with steady-state input power below 5 W after spin-up.  </p> <p>All calculations, simulations, schematics, and open-source Python code are included and self-contained.  </p> <p>The device operates via engineered vacuum entanglement asymmetry and is fully compatible with the TU-GUT-SUSY framework.</p>
