The analytical study was carried out to standardize Sukhaprasava Nabhilepa and its modified topical patch formulation through detailed physicochemical and instrumental evaluations. The parameters for Sukhaprasava Nabhilepa included Loss on Drying, Total Ash, Acid Insoluble, TLC, HPTLC etc. The topical patch was evaluated for Folding Endurance, Tensile Strength, Thickness, and Percentage Elongation at Break, Percentage Moisture Content, pH, and Percentage Moisture Uptake etc. </span><span lang="EN-IN">The analytical parameters collectively provide a comprehensive profile for both formulations, ensuring quality assurance and reproducibility while supporting their potential pharmaceutical applicability.</span></p> |
