Mielke, Grehan & Koike, 2024 / (DZUP).</p><p><i>Paratypes</i> (in total 2 ♂ 1 ♀): <b>Brazil</b>. <b>Paraná</b>. <i>Carambeí</i>, 1050 m: 1 ♀, 10.II.2002, C. Mielke leg. (CGCM 25.403 [JX215618]; CGCM); 1 ♂, 30.I.2006, C. Mielke leg. (CGCM 23.004 [GU661544]; CGCM). <i>Ponta Grossa</i>, Vila Velha, 900 m: 1 ♂, 8.II.2005, C. Mielke leg. (CGCM 29.624; CGCM).</p><p><i>Diagnosis</i>. This and the previous species are similar, including the size of the genital apparatus, but few characters are distinctive (Pl. 15: Fig. 5–6): i) the tergal lobe in <i>C. claudia</i> <b>sp. nov.</b> is not differentiated, while in <i>C. mirna</i> <b>sp. nov.</b> there is a protrusion ventro-posteriorly (Pl. 15: Fig. 6; see upper arrow), ii) the valvae in <i>C. claudia</i> <b>sp. nov.</b> are clearly more robust, and iii) the pseudotegumen are not reinforced anteriorly in <i>C. claudia</i> <b>sp. nov.</b>, but reinforced in <i>C. mirna</i> <b>sp. nov.</b> (Pl. 15: Figs 6; see lower arrow).</p><p><i>Description. Male</i> (Pl. 4: Figs 9–10, Pl. 10: Fig. 16). Forewing length: 11–15 mm, wingspan: 25–31 mm. Epiphysis absent.</p><p><i>Male genitalia</i> (Pl. 15: Fig. 6, Pl. 20: Fig. 2). Tergal lobes slightly protruded ventro-posteriorly. Saccus with posterior edge slightly concave, mesally projected. Pseudotegumen reinforced anteriorly. Fultura inferior bilobed dorsally, trapezoidal.</p><p><i>Female</i> (Pl. 4: Fig. 8). Forewing length: 15 mm, wingspan: 32 mm. Epiphysis absent.</p><p><i>Female genitalia</i>. Not dissected.</p><p><i>Distribution</i>. Central-eastern Paraná, southern Brazil at altitudes between about 900 and 1050 m (Pl. 26: Fig. 1).</p><p><i>Etymology</i>. Homonym in honour of Mirna M. Casagrande, feminine. It is treated as a noun in the nominative singular in apposition.</p><p><i>Remarks</i>. This species is not often observed in light traps, despite intensive collecting efforts in its region. Allopatric to all other members of this species-group.</p>
