  • <p>We present a unified analysis of the NIST “Strong Lines of Hydrogen (HI)” dataset combining the Sigma–Schmidt Duality (SSD) with the Helix–Light–Vortex (HLV) geometric sector. A logmodulated SSD residual and a helical Z3–phase term predicted by HLV theory are fitted to Balmer, Paschen, and mixed–series transitions. We outline the statistical pipeline, quantify improvements in χ2 and information criteria over null and purely periodic residual models, and test the stability of the dominant n = 3 Fourier mode across independently fitted spectral subsets. The goal of this paper is to establish hydrogen spectroscopy as a precision testbed for joint SSD–HLV signatures and to provide a reproducible framework for future extensions (Rydberg states, isotope shifts, and beyond–QED corrections).</p>
