- <p><span>The integration of Artificial Intelligence in education requires a systemic restructuring rather than mere tool adoption. This technical report introduces the Integrated AI Triade (IAT), a model that redefines the educational ecosystem by positioning AI as a mediator between three core pillars: Teachers, Managers, and Families. The framework delineates the transition of the teacher from a content deliverer to a "Bilingual Learning Designer" (AI-LDP) and the school manager to a "Data-Driven Strategic Leader". Drawing on empirical evidence from implemented training modules for both teachers [1-4] and managers [5-8], this report demonstrates how the IAT model operationalizes the concept of the "Bilingual Professional"—one fluent in both human pedagogy and AI technology—to ensure human agency remains central in an automated world</span></p>
