| contents |
This thesis presents QLCE SYSTEM 1.0 (Quantum Law Correction Engine), a formal systems architecture designed to detect, model, and correct structural legal-state inconsistencies arising from fragmented digital identity, evidentiary asymmetry, and institutional process failure.

QLCE integrates user-owned forensic computation, explainable analytical models, and integrity-preserving evidence flows to enable lawful correction without surveillance, coercion, or institutional dependency. The system operates through modular engines including event normalization, correlation, explainability, and chain-of-custody preservation, producing outputs suitable for judicial, regulatory, and administrative review.

This work is published as a complete technical thesis and defensive prior-art disclosure, establishing public provenance for the QLCE architecture, its submodules, and its application to digital sovereignty, legal accountability, and due process restoration.

Version 1.0 publishes the complete QLCE SYSTEM thesis, including formal architecture, analytical engines, forensic integrity models, and supporting figures. This version establishes public provenance and serves as a defensive prior-art disclosure for the QLCE framework and its submodules.

A custom license and use notice is included as an accompanying document.

© Katrina Pietroniro™.
