contents
This thesis presents UniPlus, a digital platform designed to enhance collaboration, communication, and support within university ecosystems. Developed as part of a Master’s thesis at the University of Cassino and Southern Lazio, UniPlus aims to connect students, professors, and administrative staff through an integrated, user-centered environment.

The research applies a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to assess how technology can improve academic engagement, mentorship, and well-being. Findings indicate strong student interest in a unified support system, with 78.5% of participants expressing willingness to use such a platform.

Beyond theory, the project evolved into a functional prototype, recognized by Enactus Italy (2024–2025) and accelerated through the WDA | The Co-Founder You Need pre-acceleration program. UniPlus demonstrates how digital innovation can strengthen student support, academic collaboration, and community building in higher education.

Keywords: Higher Education, Digital Learning, Collaboration, Innovation, Student Engagement, EdTech, University Support Systems, UniPlus
