contents
Abstract

This paper represents the third part of a series devoted to the Spectral Vacuum Mechanism (SVM )—a variational approach to describing the physical vacuum as a dynamic medium with localized fluctuation modes. Part III provides a structural test of the fundamental possibility of composite (hadronic) excitations as coupled configurations of several spectral modes against the background of a single self-consistent vacuum configuration. This paper does not claim to calculate hadron masses, reproduce the dynamics of QCD confinement, or provide a phenomenological description of hadronic spectroscopy. The primary focus is on establishing conditions for the stability, localization, and selectivity of composite states, as well as introducing strict falsifiability criteria for the mechanism. It is shown that the SVM structurally allows for minimal two- and three-mode configurations, provides spectrum control, and meets the necessary preconditions for spin-statistical consistency while preserving the universality of the vacuum background. The results serve as a consistency filter before possible quantitative expansion of the model in subsequent parts of the series.

Key words: physical vacuum, spectral mechanism, composite excitations, hadronic structure, variational approach, falsifiability, spin statistics, fluctuation localization
