| contents |
Bipolar II disorder with chronic psychosomatic and dissociative symptoms is often resistant to standard pharmacotherapy and psychotherapy, despite accumulating evidence that targeted neuroplasticity can improve outcomes. This single-case phenomenological report documents an eight-month self-directed neuroengineering protocol in a patient with treatment-resistant bipolar II disorder, GERD, persistent muscular blocks, dysgraphia, and pronounced dissociative features.

After stabilization on valproic acid and vortioxetine, the author implemented a multilevel protocol: induction of Controlled Hyperplasticity Windows (CHW) via carefully titrated Amanita pantherina, a structured cognitive–somatic framework (audio stimulation, internal “query–response” and “point-and-command” interfaces, avatar-based control), and intensive nutraceutical support of neuroplasticity. All sessions were documented in detail, and post-hoc theoretical synthesis was performed with the assistance of AI tools as instruments for organizing and contextualizing the data. The protocol is explicitly non-therapeutic and non-replicable, serving only as a phenomenological exploration.

Within eight months, the case showed: stable remission of bipolar II disorder on maintenance pharmacotherapy, complete resolution of long-standing muscular blocks and dysgraphia, discontinuation of PPIs with normalization of gastrointestinal function, and marked improvements in motivation and occupational functioning. These changes substantially exceed typical timelines and depth of response in treatment-resistant bipolar II disorder reported in conventional settings. The report introduces the concept of a CHW (ASC with preserved Meta-Observer and heightened plasticity), describes internal interface mechanisms (“internal API”), and formulates nine testable hypotheses linking the phenomenology to structural dissociation, predictive coding, body-schema theories, and trauma-oriented somatic frameworks.

The work is presented as a heuristic dataset rather than a clinical recommendation and includes an explicit ethical warning against any attempts at replication. Its primary aim is to provide high-resolution first-person material to stimulate systematic research at the intersection of phenomenology, neuroscience, and engineering
|
