| contents |
The discovery of the Big Ring—a near-circular arrangement of galaxies and galaxy clusters with a diameter of approximately 1.3 billion light-years, located 9.2 billion light-years away—presents a profound challenge to the standard ΛCDM cosmological model. This structure, along with the proximate Giant Arc, exceeds the theoretical homogeneity scale of ~1.2 billion light-years predicted by baryonic acoustic oscillations and gravitational clustering in a dark-matter-dominated universe.

Here, we interpret the Big Ring through the lens of a fractal guiding principle: an effective Hausdorff dimension D ≈ 1.830 ± 0.008 manifesting as a subtle, scale-dependent influence on spacetime geometry and matter distribution. This principle, derived from a compactified 5D metric with fractal measure, yields an effective stress-energy term Tᶠ₍μν₎ ∝ r^(D − 2) and a universal fluctuation spectrum P(f) ∝ f^(−(5 − D)) ≈ f^(−3.17).

Unlike ΛCDM, which struggles to accommodate such coherent mega-structures without invoking rare statistical flukes, this framework naturally permits their formation through prolonged persistence of fractal inhomogeneities on ultra-large scales. Numerical validations confirm the emergence of ring-like topologies as low-entropy outcomes stabilized by the guiding influence. e183c3,1cd3ae

Supplementary: Includes interpretations of the Big Ring and Giant Arc, derivations of fractal guiding principle, numerical validations, and potential simulations or analyses in remaining pages.
|
