| contents | <p dir="ltr">This publication introduces <em>Self-Matryoshka Theory (SMT)</em>, a meta-theoretical framework for examining professional reflection as a layered, relational, and context-dependent process. SMT conceptualises recognition, reflection, learning, and ethical accountability as analytically distinct yet mutually conditioning layers through which professional understanding may develop and, under certain conditions, become accountable.</p> <p dir="ltr">The theory is operationalised through the <em>Self-Matryoshka Analytical Framework (S-MAF)</em>, which provides an analytical structure for examining concrete situations. A domain-specific application, <em>KBP-SMAF</em>, offers a conceptual illustration of how this structure may be applied within knowledge-based practice, without redefining the domain.</p> <p dir="ltr">The framework is intended as an analytical and reflective tool, not as a diagnostic, evaluative, or normative model, and is presented with relevance across professional and institutional contexts.</p> <p dir="ltr"><em>Part of the community:</em><br><em>Self-Matryoshka Analytical Framework (S-MAF) and Criteriology Research</em></p> <p> </p> |
