- <p> Overview</p> <p>This release prepares the etpmc_cc repository for public availability alongside the manuscript "Projected impacts of climate change to key species in the Marine Corridor of the Eastern Tropical Pacific (CMAR)" (submitted to peer review as part of the Lenfest Ocean Project). The repository contains all analysis code, workflows, and scripts used to process data and generate results presented in the paper. </p> <p> What's Included</p> <ul> <li>R scripts for data processing and scenario analysis (scripts/).</li> <li>Custom R functions modularized in functions/.</li> <li>Shell protocols for full DBEM model execution and conversion (protocols/run_dbem/*.sh).</li> </ul> <p> Known Limitations</p> <ul> <li>Data files are not included in the repository, users must obtain them via the associated data release (See README).</li> <li>Some model configurations may require adjustment for alternate computing environments (i.e., the DBEM).</li> </ul>
