contents <p><span>Brout -Englert-Higgs Mechanism successfully describes mass generation in the Standard Model, but it does not explain the deep nature of the coupling parameters or the mass hierarchy. In this work, we propose a theoretical extension based on the framework of <strong><span>Quantum Diffusion (DQ-12) </span></strong>, where mass is not an immutable intrinsic property, but rather "informed energy": the result of the interaction between matter and a background informational subspace. We introduce an effective scalar field </span><span></span><span>, derived non-arbitrarily from the <strong><span>Fokker-Planck equation </span></strong>that governs the diffusion of the spacetime substrate . This field "dresses" the Higgs potential, dynamically modulating the Expected Value of the Vacuum (EVV) and the Yukawa couplings. The model predicts subtle deviations in the <em><span>signal strengths of the Higgs boson and non-local memory effects on </span></em>ultra-short timescales ( </span><span></span><span>), offering a way to unify particle physics with diffusive anomalies observed in astrophysical systems (TNOs and Cosmic Rays).</span></p>
