•
The Flow–Intelligence Theory introduces a unified model in which intelligence—
biological, artificial, collective, or cosmic—emerges as a property of flow.
In this framework, cognition, decision-making, learning, adaptation,
memory, creativity, and evolution are not fixed mechanisms but dynamic
responses of systems to changing flow environments.

The theory expands the Flow Physics Architecture by showing that
information, reasoning, and consciousness depend on the flow coefficient (S),
which shapes the speed, density, and structure of cognitive processes.
As S changes, the complexity, adaptability, and “depth” of intelligence also change.

The theory defines:
• flow-based cognition
• flow-based memory structures
• flow decision dynamics
• multi-scale intelligence (cells → organisms → civilizations → galaxies)
• flow constraints on evolution of mind
• superlight (S > 1) intelligence regimes
• collapse regimes (S < 1)
• and the transition from biological to cosmic intelligence.

Flow Intelligence unifies physics, biology, evolution, computation,
and philosophy under a single principle:
intelligence is not a substance—it is a dynamic state of flow.

This work completes the top layer of the 21-volume Flow Architecture System.
by Yerzhan Orymbetov
